If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. All exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags intact.
Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning an item and a tracking number must be provided. We do not accept any return packages that incur shipping or duties, please make sure you mark the package as a return in any international documentation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders of $40.00 USD or more when shipping to Canada or the United States – which takes about 3 to 8 business days.
For international orders, the rate is calculated based upon your location and can take up to 7-14 business days.
For orders under $40.00 USD your shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
All of our pants are one-size-fits-all for the typical crawling stage.
We know each baby begins crawling at different times so we wanted to make sure our clothing could accommodate different ages as well as different sizes. Our cuff-able legs and extra stretch help fit your child comfortably and will fit a wide range of little ones generally between the 6-15 month range.
Yes, they are! And they won’t shrink or lose their softness. Designed to be washed again and again, and will hold up just as well as day one.
Just throw them in with like colours (in cold water if you can) and we recommend tumble dry on low or air dry.
Do not use bleach and don’t iron the grips – the last thing you want is melted stars!
